What Our Clients Say

Real People. Real Support. Real Results.

Going through foreclosure can be overwhelming, especially when you’re unsure what happens next. Our clients appreciate having a dedicated team member by their side throughout the surplus recovery process.

Fran was there for me every step of the way. She answered all of my questions, kept me updated, and made the entire process much easier than I expected. I never felt like I was going through it alone.

I had no idea that I might be entitled to surplus funds after my property was sold. Recover Surplus explained the process clearly and handled the paperwork and research for me. I’m so grateful I reached out.

From our very first conversation, I felt like I was being treated like a person, not just another case. Fran was professional, patient, and always kept me informed. The communication was excellent from start to finish.

The process seemed complicated when I first heard about it, but the team guided me through everything. I appreciated that there were no upfront costs and that I always knew what was happening with my case.
